Advanced Micro Devices, Inc (NASDAQ:AMD) and NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) both stepped forward their driver support for open-source OS. Because in less than a day after Valve announced SteamOS, a Linux-based operating system based on a popular steam PC gaming services. So they didn’t take long.

And if Steam Box concept takes off from users then Nvidia’s and AMD driver support can be better.
