WhatsApp also said that the news was a just only a rumor and not factually accurate according to AllThingsD.
The AllThingsD declared that the Facebook purchase talks are not real, according to multiple sources. WhatsApp commented that TechCrunch article is a just a rumor and is not accurate. They have no further information to share now. In the meantime, Facebook said that they don’t comment on rumors or speculation.
On other side, early this year Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) acquire Instagram for $1 billion and added several of Instagram’s extra popular features onto its iOS app, which offered users the capability to add filters to their photos earlier than uploading them.
