Cupertino, California based Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) is on the verge of using new touch technology for its upcoming iPhone to solve screen glitches in iPhone 5.

According to a latest report the company intends to introduce a new touch technology for that purpose a “Touch On Display” panel is being developed by Innolux; Taiwan based Apple’s vendor.

Another report by Cult of Mac exhibited that the in cell combination of touch screen along with LCD display in a single pack in iPhone 5 caused severe production constraints for Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL). That caused sluggish manufacture rate on mass level.

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) looks to avert this issue by tightening quality control and using newer touch technology. Apple Inc shares slipped -0.59% to close at $523.90 at last trading session.
