On Jan 22, Harvest Capital Credit Corporation (NASDAQ:HCAP) announced the pricing of its public offering of $25.0 million in aggregate principal amount of its 7.00% notes due 2020 (the “Notes”). The Notes will mature on January 16, 2020, and may be redeemed in whole or in part at any time or from time to time at the Company’s option on or after January 16, 2017. The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 7.00% per year payable quarterly on January 16, April 16, July 16 and October 16, of each year, beginning April 16, 2015.
