Zynga Inc (NASDAQ:ZNGA) co-founder Mark Pincus is relinquishing the last of his operational duties at the social gaming company starting on Wednesday and retreating to an advisory role as Chief Executive Officer Don Mattrick pushes through a restructuring plan. Zynga Inc (NASDAQ:ZNGA) after opening at $4.60, moved down -3.07% to $4.42 on last trading day. Company’s 52 week range is $2.50 – $5.89.

Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) reported earnings for the first quarter of its 2014 fiscal year (1QFY14; ended March 31, 2014) yesterday, beating analysts’ estimates largely as a result of stellar growth in ad revenues. The social media giant recorded revenues of $2.5 billion, and earnings per share (EPS) came out at 34 cents. Analysts, on the other hand, had estimated that revenues would come in at $2.36 billion, while earnings were pegged at about 24 cents per share. The company also beat expectations in other key metrics – its monthly active users (MAUs), mobile MAUs, and total ad revenues all beat the Street’s estimates. Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) stock hit highest price at $63.48, beginning with a price of $63.45 and decreased -2.65% to the close at $61.36 with day range of $61.26 – $63.48. The total market capitalization of the stock is $156.28 billion.
