Vodafone Group Plc (ADR) (NASDAQ:VOD) approached the Delhi High Court about the government verdict not to revamp its licenses in key circles of Mumbai, Delhi as well as Kolkata beyond November 2014.
The firm declared in a statement that the DoT arbitrarily discarded Vodafone’s applications for extension of the license. Though the Department of Telecom discarded the claim of Vodafone and told the mobile operator to offer for airwaves to persist services in these areas.
