NASDAQ Composite Turns Red Along With Two Hot Stocks Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) And Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) – FB, SIRI, ZNGA

The NASDAQ Composite (INDEXNASDAQ:.IXIC) after staying in positive territory for sometime turned red at last check with shares of both hot tech stocks Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) and Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) trading down.

Investors have adopted cautious approach before results of Fed’s meetings. Doug Cote, chief market strategist at ING Investment Management has recently said market participants were missing a bull market currently through July the equity market has marked the best year since 2003 and the second best year since 1998. So investors should trade in the market regardless of what the Fed does.

Among NASDAQ stocks, Servicesource International Inc (NASDAQ:SREV) has suffered record low and is leading decliners followed by Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ:DRIV) and Uranium Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ:URRE). On the upside, shares of both Silicon Image, Inc. (NASDAQ:SIMG) and InterDigital, Inc. (NASDAQ:IDCC) are advancing sharply.

Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB)

Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) shares continued to fall for the fourth day in a row after a unsatisfactory corporate release. After the recent shut, Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) total value was $43.50 billion and the venture value was $35.07 billion. The previous 12 month price to sales ratio was 10.29. The company showed +26.95% as a profit margin in the last twelve months and an operating margin at +47.32%.

In mid day trading, shares Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) plunged -1.52% to $21.40 with the total traded volume of 22.93 million shares. Stock price 52 weeks high was $45.00 and 52 weeks low price was $20.87. FB has market capitalization of 45.56 billion.

Sirius XM Radio Inc (NASDAQ:SIRI)

Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) declared today that Latin rocker Juanes will host a unique monthly special on SiriusXM’s Caliente and La Kueva commercial-free music channels.

Sirius XM Radio Inc (NASDAQ:SIRI) declined -1.62% to $2.12 and the total traded volume was 19.65 million shares during mid day trading.
